REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At ALCHION Labs, we take quality and order accuracy seriously. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
RESEARCH USE ONLY
All products sold by ALCHION Labs are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. Products are not for human consumption. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified party and will use products strictly for research purposes.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns of shipped products. This policy is in place to maintain strict quality control.
ORDER ISSUES AND REPLACEMENTS
If your order arrives with an issue, we will make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your order is missing an item
- The package appears compromised during transit
When contacting us, include your order number, a short description of the issue, clear photos of the product and packaging, and the shipping label if applicable.
PROOF REQUIREMENT FOR CLAIMS
To qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund, a clear, continuous video of the package being opened is required.
The video must show the unopened package with the shipping label visible, the condition of the package before opening, the full unboxing process with no cuts or edits, and all contents inside the package.
Claims submitted without this video will not be eligible for replacement, credit, or refund.
RESOLUTION OPTIONS
If your claim is confirmed, we may offer, at our discretion:
- Replacement shipment at no additional cost
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
SHIPPING PROBLEMS AND LOST PACKAGES
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with your local carrier and delivery location first. If a package is lost in transit or arrives significantly damaged, contact us. We will assist with the carrier claim process. Refunds or reshipments may depend on carrier confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS AND ADDRESS CHANGES
Contact us immediately for cancellations or address updates. Changes can only be made before the order is processed. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
REFUSED OR RETURNED TO SENDER SHIPMENTS
Returned shipments may be eligible for reshipping. Reshipping fees may apply. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most refunds process within 5 to 10 business days. Timing may vary based on payment provider.
